What is the return policy?
We want to be sure that every person is happy with their order. If you are not satisfied and the item, there is a 30-day return period following delivery of your order.
Returns will be accepted so long as the item is still in new condition in its original packaging (with tags attached, if applicable). Start your return by emailing us at contact@atheanapicha.ca with your name and order number.
When will I get my order?
When we receive the order, we will strive to ship it within 5 business days. In some cases, we will solicit pre-orders, but in this case we will let you know an approximate date of when we expect to fulfil and ship orders of that item.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and we will contact you know if we are not able to meet our promise so that we can reach a solution.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. For now, we only ship within Canada. Please contact us if you are seeking international shipping.
Will you restock any items that are currently out of stock?
We will occasionally do re-runs of popular items, pending availability and demand. Stay tuned to our website, or subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when we restock your favourite item.
